Onfolio makes it easy to collect information from the Web and store it on your
computer as links or local copies. Your captured content is organized into
research collections where you can combine it with personal notes, documents
and emails from your PC.

Collect Bookmarks
You can be more organized with your bookmarks by using Onfolio as a replacement for your browser’s Favorites list. Onfolio gives you a searchable database of important sites complete with your own notes, keywords and other properties for each site.
Capture Local Copies of Web Pages
With a single click from the Onfolio Toolbar in your browser (or by hitting the F9 key), you can quickly capture your own copy of the content from any site. This is great for content that may be moved or deleted, where a link would not be useful.
Save PDF Files and Other Documents
It’s just as easy to capture PDF files and other documents from websites. You can even capture files and shortcuts from your local file system to help you keep all the relevant data for a project in one place.
Capture Snippets of Text and Graphics
Quickly capture relevant portions of web pages rather than the entire page by selecting the appropriate text, charts, graphs and figures then hitting the Capture button.
Capture Multi-page Articles and Lists of Links
Move through your research faster by capturing local copies of multi-page articles with one click, or selecting multiple links on a page and capturing them all at once.
Capture Complete or Partial Web Sites
To capture an entire website for future reference or for offline access, use Onfolio’s Site Capture. You can even fine tune the depth and types of content that gets captured.
Capture Emails from Outlook
Move information from Outlook to Onfolio quickly, without leaving Outlook. Just click on the Onfolio Capture button on the Outlook toolbar to capture emails, email text and attachments.
Capture Screen Shots and Clipboard Data
Move content from any application into Onfolio by copying and pasting items to Onfolio. Use the Windows Print Screen button to copy a screenshot to the clipboard and then paste it into Onfolio.
