OKB-110: Onfolio toolbar and Collection Explorer missing from IE

If your install_log.txt contains 'Couldn't get process information from remote machine. At System.Diagnostics.NtProcessManager.GetProcessInfos(PerformanceCounterLib library)':

This problem is caused by the Windows performance counters being disabled. We're looking into how we can fix it in the installer, but in the meantime, you can work around the problem by following the steps below.

  1. Download Exctrlst.exe from http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/techinfo/reskit/tools/existing/exctrlst-o.asp.
  2. Install the utility, then open it up. It should be located in C:\Program Files\Resource Kit if you installed to default location.
  3. Locate and select “PerfProc” in the scrollable list you see.
  4. With PerfProc selected in the list, check the box for “Performance Counters Enabled” below the list.
  5. Uninstall, then reinstall Onfolio.
  6. Reboot your machine.
