There are two known possible causes for this problem.
Incompatibility with some Nvidea video cards
There is a known incompatibility between Onfolio and some Nvidea cards that can cause the blank menus to occur. We are researching a fix for this. In the meantime, try this workaround:
Right-click on your Desktop and choose "Properties". This will open up the Display Properties dialog.
On the Appearance tab press the "Effects" button. This will open up the Effects dialog.
Uncheck the "Show shadows under menus" box.
Apply your changes.
Incompatibility with custom Windows theme add-ons
The blank menus can also happen if you are using an add-on, such as Stardock WindowBlinds, to customize the appearance of your Windows theme. You may want to switch back to a standard Windows theme to remedy the problem.
