OKB-117: Capturing shortcuts to local files in your collection
When you capture a shortcut to a local file (i.e. a .lnk file), Onfolio will resolve that shortcut and capture a copy of the target file to your collection. This means that any changes you make to the captured copy will not be reflected in the original copy on your file system.
The reason we designed Onfolio in this way is to allow easy, fool-proof sharing of collections between Onfolio users. If a collection has a local shortcut that works on one user's machine, then if that collection is shared with another user the shortcut will cease to work.
