OKB-132: Problems when upgrading to Firefox 1.5

After upgrading Firefox to version 1.5, users may be prompted that the Onfolio Firefox extension is not compatible or they may see a blank Onfolio Sidebar when launching Onfolio.

To fix these problems, please follow the directions below.

Find the version of Onfolio that you are running. If you do not know how to find the version, click here.

• For users running Onfolio 2.01 or earlier:
1. Launch Firefox and proceed to the Tools menu
2. Select Extensions to bring up the Firefox extensions dialog
3. When the Extensions dialog launches, select Onfolio from the list and hit the Uninstall button
4. Close out of the Extension dialog and Firefox
5. Download Onfolio version 2.02 from http://www.onfolio.com/download
6. Install Onfolio 2.02 onto your machine
7. The Onfolio Firefox extension should now be correctly installed
• For users running Onfolio 2.02:
1. Close any currently running instances of Firefox
2. Open the Onfolio Deskbar or the Onfolio Sidebar within Internet Explorer
3. Proceed to the Edit menu and select Preferences
4. Proceed to the Browser section
5. Locate the Uninstall button for the Onfolio Firefox extension
6. Hit the Uninstall button, but do not close out of Preferences, wait for the button to change to Install
7. When the button has changed to Install, hit the button again
8. The button should change to Uninstall again
9. Close out of Preferences
10. The Onfolio Firefox extension should now be correctly installed
